Introducing Ramp Rats: Our Family Skateboarding Project!
For my son Edgar’s 13th birthday on June 26th 2025, I wanted to give him something truly special—a meaningful gift that would inspire creativity, responsibility, and community spirit. That’s why I’m proud to announce the launch of Ramp Rats, Edgar’s very own skateboarding brand and community project.
Ramp Rats is more than just a business. It’s a family-driven initiative designed to:
Encourage healthy relationships between families and skateboarding
Build a fun, inclusive community for young skaters
Help kids access quality gear, lessons, and positive activities
Showcase Edgar’s unique personality, skate journey, and commitment to giving back
While Edgar is still growing into his role as a young entrepreneur, I’ll be managing the business side and online presence until he’s old enough to take over. Together, we’ll be sharing skate park reviews, creative merch, community events, and stories of how skateboarding can uplift and connect kids and families.
A portion of every Ramp Rats purchase directly supports our nonprofit, Ramp Rats Uplift, which provides gear, lessons, and opportunities to local kids who need them most. Your support helps us roll forward with our mission—one board, one family, and one smile at a time.
